This is a convenient size and overflowing with information! This is my new survival guide.
This book far exceeded my expectations. I would advise anyone interested in essential oils to
purchase this book. It is very thorough, easy to access information, well designed and complete
in every respect. I have never found a more conclusive and educational guide in anything.

Great reference guide from Young Living. The amount of info on the oils is unbelievable.
The only problem was that the outer packaging had been torn & re-taped, but the book was in perfect condition. It also arrived in about 2 days!!
This reference guide is very thorough in explaining essential oils, their uses, some recipes and I also like the historical aspect included. It is a "go to" book for reference. The only negative is it is totally oriented to Young Living and the rest of their products.
I am a Young Living Essential Oil ADDICT. I love my oils and love learning more and more about them. This guide is amazing and contains everything you could possibly wonder about the oils. The guide is geared towards Young Living Oils and blends but I think anyone who loves oils could find it to be useful. This guide is easy to use and gives you ideas on what oils to use for everything from toenail fungus to nasal congestion to anxiety to canker sores and on and on. I highly recommend this size to anyone who is new to oils or who has just bought the Premium starter kit. This little reference guide has made my life so much easier. I was breaking my arms lugging around the desk size version everyday to work. Now I can have 1 copy at home and 1 copy at work. I think I better order a few more of these guides for some of my team members. How about we make an online version of this book or maybe an App that would make my life even easier.
This book is written in reference to Young Living oils and references many of their proprietary blends. At least there is a chart at the back of the book that lists the individual oils in the blends. Without that chart, this book would only be useful for using YL oils.
I returned the book because it is largely an advertisement for direct sale oils. Since I was looking for a recipe book where I could assemble my own products without the premade concoctions, it did not work. I wanted something that spelled out the pure individual oils separately...so it went back. By the way, it is a relatively small book, so be sure you read the small print.
